  The owner of YOGIC, Angela, is a RYT500/eRYT200 Yoga Therapist with YACEP accreditation. Her expertise is in Himalayan kundalini yoga and stress reduction of the nervous system. She was trained in the US and Rishikesh India, and is passionate about helping others find their path. A former healthcare lawyer, she now lives a sattvik life focused on karma yoga, spending time in the Hawaiian islands and taking an annual pilgrimage to her school’s ashram in India.
